[Composition]The vaccine is composed of inactivated NDV and AIV (H9 subtype). The virus concentration before inactivation:NDV≥108.0EID50/0.1ml; AIV H9 ≥107.4 EID50 / 0.2 ml.
[Description] Milky white emulsion
[Function and Application] It is used to prevent NDV and Avian Influenza virus (Subtype H9) infection in chickens.The immunity period is 6 months.
[ Application and Dosage]Subcutaneous back of the neck or imtramuscular injection.
0.25ml/bird subcutaneous injection in the neck for chickens below 4 weeks; 0.5ml/bird intramuscular injection for chickens over 4 weeks old, and the immunity period is 6 months.
[Abnormal Reaction] There are no abnormal reactions generally.
[Precautions]
(1)Freezing is prohibited.
(2)The vaccine should be mixed evenly and recovered to normal temperature by shaking before use.
The product should not be used, if there is any obvious stratification of water and oil. There would be a small amount of white oil on the surface after the vaccine being unused for a long time, but it doesn’t affect the using results when mixing evenly.
(3)The product is not to allowed to use in weak chickens or in chickens with other diseases.
(4)The product should be evenly mixed by shaking before and during use.
(5)The injector should be boiling disinfected and the needle should be changed frequently during injection.
(6)The contaminated items such as bottles, remaining vaccines, utensils should be disposed by innocent treatment.
(7)It is forbidden to use within 28 days before slaughter.
